There are times in life when we all benefit from talking through challenges with a professional who listens empathetically and works with you to create strategies for change. Joy has a postgraduate diploma in counselling and coaching qualifications as well as in-depth training in grief, relationships, depression and eating disorders.
Counselling is
offered face-to-face, on Skype and the phone. Sessions last an hour and
can be purchased singly or as an economical package.
